Mobile and Remote Online Notary Services

Did you know that a Remote Online Notary Public can notarize documents for you even if you are not in the same state as the notary?

Remote online notarization uses audio and video to communicate, allowing the electronic notary and the person signing the document to be in different locations. The audio-video communication used must meet any rules or regulations set by the state the notary is in.

The electronic notary public must be physically in the state they are commissioned in when performing the electronic notarial act, but the signer can be in any state or country and multiple signers don’t have to be in the same location. Call 603-952-1477 for info
